Sirena a la plancha is a great outdor dance/theater show. A 8 metre mobile mermaid, a 8 metre puppet ans a stage composed of five mobile platforms make up a show wich the audience share the same space as these scenography.

Synopsis:

A woman who changes into a mermaid in order to save the world is caught by fishermen, sold and lost. A giant seduces her, a story of impossible love. She is water and he earth. The earth dries up and all interest is lost. Should we change planets?

The show poses in the format of a fable, an ever present question nowadays, the lack of water.

A 9 metre mobile mermaid, a 9 metre puppet and a stage composed of five mobile platforms make up a show in which the audience shares the same space as these structures.

This show was premiered in the summer of 2008 as a special commission for the Expo 2008 in Zaragoza.
